Radford University

At the front of Moffett Hall, RU’s second largest residence hall located at the head of the quad, is a beautiful lawn surrounded by five other residence halls, Draper, Ingles, Fairfax, Pocahontas and Bolling, all named after famous women from Virginia’s distinguished history.

The quad is lined by stunning magnolia trees and is a center of activity on campus all year long. Radford experiences all seasons with stunning beauty, and students often are outside on the lawn enjoying the weather changes, whether playing football in the sun or having an impromptu snowball fight.
